"跟對象自駕過來玩，千挑萬選的民宿果然沒讓我失望！整個入住過程愉快且安心，老闆非常的帥氣也很熱情周到，知道我們第一次過來玩，還非常貼心的給予我們很多旅行建議和幫助，服務細節非常到位，各方面的體驗感拉滿！最值得稱讚的就是房間衞生，是真的非常的乾淨！本潔癖人士狂喜！周邊環境非常安靜，傍晚跟對象一起去散步，深呼吸滿滿都是清新的樹木氣息和泥土的味道，整個身心都徹底的被治癒，真的好愛大自然，下次還來👍"

"閨蜜+長者+小孩遊。找了很久，特意找一家可以住5個人的房間預訂，所以訂了竹隱·蟬語·兩居室庭院套房。來到的時候，發現兩居室是兩個獨立房間，室內不相連，是靠一個後面的庭院相連，而且路不算特別好走的時候，的確是蠻大落差的。還發了一點點脾氣。客服也很無奈，他們也衹有這些房間。但除了這一點點跟預期不太一樣的落差之外，整個3晚的住宿體驗還是很不錯的！店家，客服的服務很到位。我們的什麼問題都一一解答。幫我們安排行程，買門票，包接送！到達的那天在天門山排到很晚的號下來，飯點都錯過了，聯繫客服，要求他們幫我們做點吃的，回到去就有吃的，而且味道還不錯。山裡環境本來就很寧靜，很舒服，再加上我們入住期間，店裡沒看到別的客人，整個民宿好像是我們包場了，很享受那份寧靜和專屬我們的一對一的服務！最後一個晚上安排了燒烤，還有唱KTV，面對一大片草地燒烤唱歌，剛好月圓之夜，氛圍是很棒的！ 對想要體驗淳樸山裡安靜生活的人，這還是蠻推薦的！謝謝店家，客服的辛勤招待！ 祝安好！"

"房間挺大的，色調很舒服。 但洗髮跟浴淋不是歐舒丹，而且只剩下一點點，但凌晨洗的澡所以不好意思找老闆要，幸好有自已帶的可以用。 设施：廁所跟淋浴間分開两邊的，但門都是全透明玻璃，特別是廁所，正對著洗漱台，中間沒有牆，如果是2個人住可能會有點不方便。 淋浴間設計也有問題，玻璃門沒阻斷，一洗澡水就流出去了，而且有一點漫到房間，因為房間跟洗澡間的間隔不大。 最后強烈建議廁所貼一下那種磨沙玻璃的阻隔一下吧，基本上一進大門就能看到廁所也不太好。"

"I was looking for an easy stay in the nature. This was totally perfect. I choose the biggest room, with veranda and big bathtub. The room was really good, spacey with nice living-room side. Bathroom was very good with big spa bathtub. Everything is working well, air conditioning, shower, bathtub… only small point is there is no fridge in the room but the owner was keeping our stuff in the kitchen fridge. It’s said that there is a swimming pool, but not in the property. This can be arranged by the owner to have a splash in another place. Super close to quiet entrance of south east entrance of the park where we could also do Covid test… 300 meters. The owner was carrying us where we wanted to go for a fee. DiDi is not super easy to get there. Restaurant next to thé hôtel was very tasty. Just don’t expect anyone to speak English around, but with Wexin, all problems get smoother with translation… The landscape in front of the hotel is very nice and you can walk on pavement between rice, corn, pepper, eggplants…super relaxing for city people Thus hostel is what you need to relax in quiet place and very very access to wonderful Zhangjiajie National park. "

"The hotel is very well located, only 30 minutes away from the train station and very close to other touristic places. The staff was very attentive at all times and helped us out in everything we needed during our stay. They would always send breakfast to our room every morning. All the amenities are very clean. The room is beautifully decorated with wood things which makes it very unique. The hotel also has several trails you can freely walk. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in China so far."

"We had a wonderful stay here! Managers were very helpful, location was beautiful but a little out of the way. Didn't matter too much as cars were easy to get and managers were happy to drop off and pick up to closest gate. Food was great, and the little lake our room looked over was so serene. Highly recommend over the big hotels in Wulingyuan. Our shower did leak a bit, so we used towels to mop up floor after, but the cleaners gave us fresh towels everyday anyway."

When you come to this place you shuld stay in this hotel. Only 10 min Walk to the west Gate (this Gate has no trafic at all) The hotel took us all over. Again.. Perfect"

"三人房明明沒有浴缸，攜程上還寫明有浴缸，房間裏沒有空氣凈化器，空氣不是很新鮮。衣櫃裏都沒有桿子可以掛衣服，而且也沒有掛衣服的設施，放一些衣架在衣櫃也不知道有啥用。電視機的遙控也是壞的，沒法用。智能窗簾的開關也是壞的，沒法用。"
