Customer experience and hardware are all very good except the toilet water basin which is not positioned friendly and need to bent a lot forward to reach the water tap. The water tap also runs water very slowly and thin. Other than that, the service and room amenities are top-grade considering the price. Free well-stock minibar and robot coffee are something unexpectedly heartwarming.

Second visit. Got a complimentary upgrade to club lounge access. Service at the Club Lounge was exquisite with smiles. Thankful for the upgrade but the cuisine was not suited for the palette of the traditiomal elderly. Room was clean and view was fantastic at level 32. The bathtub is always TV was an issue on the second day that kept restarting and could not be used for the entire second day, even after technical assistance. Overall still a great experience and would visit again!

The breakfast buffet was exactly the same over the 3 nights we stayed, with no variations at all. Gets too much of eating the same food. The front desk staff should offer a lot more friendlier services and be more customer friendly. Although i had written in earlier for some specific requests, looks like the hotel did not read it or look into it any earlier until my arrival, hence needing a very lenghty check in time. And yet after all the time spent of detailing the arrangements, there were still mistakes. For example pre purchased addl buffet breakfast was still charged walk in rates.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Shangri-La Singapore is a fantastic place for families, especially those with young children. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, ensuring endless fun for the little ones. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. A perfect stay for a family-friendly getaway!

Bought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard. Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in. Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression. Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar. Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway. Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width. Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes. Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available. Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne. Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code. Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue. Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well. Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile. Overall an enjoyable stay here

Good location with ample amenities around thr area. Rooms are small, supplies basic but well kept. Particularly like to chill in the small pool. Thank you for the hospitality.

It’s actually a really good hotel for families given the pool / activities / space & the bonus of excitement for the children seeing the aircrafts flying low overhead. Golf view, the open landscape and constant breeze was amazing. Service and location was not bad but not good either so have rated it average. The location was what we would like in terms of being ‘faraway’ and private giving it a good staycation view and vibe. I would want to go back if not for the cleanliness of the pool waters….it is DISGUSTINGLY dirty water. Which is a shame given the very very good setup / view / length. Like me explain - As the hotel is part of a club, the access to gym, beautiful golf course, courts facilities are open to members. This makes the experience feel more like you are staying in a club rather than a hotel, which is fine. But how would you feel seeing big sweaty work out men come from playing tennis, take off their sweaty leg wear, sit by the pool and soak their feet in the pool into the water you are swimming in?!?!? We were wondering beforehand why the underwater have SO much dirt and sediment….this was so disgusting I could NOT wash my kids and I clean enough after that. I reckon this happens every weekend as they are members, staff was use to it and didnt think anything was wrong with it. Maybe I’m a clean freak but hey, I’d like to invite these men and their kids to swim in their own pool of dead leg skin and sweat and if they are ok with it I’ve got nothing to say.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the concierge staff who directed us to the lobby. At the check in counter, Airi assisted us with the process and upgraded us to heritage view which made us feel so spoilt. The pool was quiet and my kids had a blast. Rooms were extremely clean like it was a newly open hotel! Really impressed by this! The only downside was there was no bidet in the toilet. And things to note if you’re visiting on a Sunday the shops at the connecting malls closes rather early at about 7-8pm.

It’s located in downtown and very easy to access public transportation, MRT is just beside and 2 mins away from bus stop.
