I booked this room with concerns because we had a brother/sister pair and the pictures showed WC and shower that had only frosted glass for privacy - something I really don’t get and seems to be some new fad in hotels nowadays, not just Ibis Melbourne Central. But glad that the staff were able to secure a room with privacy doors ahead of our stay.

We had a good time at Grand Hyatt during the summer - Christmas, boxing day test and Yarra Valley vineyard. Everything was very accessible from here. Especially the famous Lune cafe is just in front of the hotel. Make sure you get their corner units, it had a great panaroma view.

1、房間的細節很有格調。2、一張大床和一張沙發床，還配了小孩子玩的魔方，這個細節值得表揚。適合家庭和親子出行。3、有洗衣機、餐具也齊全，衹是沒有爐灶，用微波爐熱熱麪包牛奶沒問題。4、大優點：可以11點才退房，特殊情況也可以申請再延遲退房！其他酒店都是10點退房！5、自助餐也不錯（西式麪包點心）。6、地理位置不錯，離唐人街很近，附近市中心的景點走路就能到達，海洋館呀、火車站、聯邦廣場、博物館……. 都在附近！兩個字，方便！
缺點：1、自助式入住，由於飛機晚點，到酒店已經晚上11點多，酒店的前後門都是關的，打電話説有郵件發了密碼給我，可是訂房的中介公司並沒轉發給我，折騰了半小時才有工作人員下樓幫我拿鑰匙。2、洗手槽的下水不通暢，刷牙洗臉都堵水，估計老問題不好處理。三更半夜的也懶得折騰了，直接用廳裏的洗碗盆了

Excellent location with Bourke & Russell St Tram Station right outside the door. Comfortable big beds with great linen. The two bed apartment was huge, with large living area and bathroom and nice holiday size kitchen for those who would like to cook. The bath was huge though we ran out of hot water trying to fill it! Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very accommodating and service was great considering we had arrived in Melbourne just before 12am with a last minute booking due to our other booking cancelling on us. The room was great. Quite big. There was many utensils and everything we needed in the room.
The only downside I would say is the glass doors for the main room. We were travelling with our 10 year old son and couldn't get changed in privacy due to there being no blinds on them. And also it was quite loud on the Friday or Saturday night due to it being on Flinders and Spencer Street, and the balcony didn't get much use due to the same reason.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel had some positive aspects, such as a swimming pool and a central location, which made it convenient for exploring the area.
However, we had a frustrating experience with the cleaning service. Despite prior arrangements, the agreed-upon cleaning was only carried out late in the evening after a very lengthy discussion with the staff. This was quite annoying and negatively impacted our stay.
While the amenities and location were good, the service needs significant improvement.

MMarianiThe hotels staff is kind, they help me to get early check in. The location was great, only a minutes walk to free tram zone (only 5 stop to Finder St Station). Walk for 5 minutes from southern cross station that connect to many destination. A lot of food, grocery store by walk. Very recomended

PPengguna TetamuThe Novotel Melbourne Airport is very conveniently located near Terminal 4 of the airport. It was a short walk to catch our international flight. All is well with the hotel's room, where it was clean and was well provided for. However, they need to look into their self check-in kiosks which none worked no matter which one I tried. As a result, the check-in queue was long as we had to wait for 2 agents to check ALL of us in.

JJJmelbsThe hotel is ok, but every time I book which I book every week, they put me on the 1st floor in the middle where all the noise are even I thought I requested for top floor. I have classes opposite which is convenient for me. One time I came back from classes I found lots of towels on my bed and when I had a shower there's was no body wash on the wall which I had to run and grab one. Last night was really bad there was banging throughout the night and I had to force myself to fall sleep.. BTW I had a sleepy day in class and failed a Role play examination which I have to do next term. Thank you for that. I stay with you every Monday night because I travel from Sydney every week. I really don't ask for much but this was so annoying. I will try one more week with your hotel. If this doesn't work I'll look to stay elsewhere. Thank you

BBee LoongPrepaid S$575.33 for booking a room for 2nights from May 22-24. Front desk charged to my credit card again upon checkout for A$586.16 (S$543.59). He didnt realise the double charge until I brought to his attention. He apologised and reversed the charge, & assured me there wont be a credit card admin fee charged. However, when I received my credit card statement, it shows I was charged S$39.04 being FX & bank fee for the mistake the front desk staff made. I’ve been following up with Sheraton MEL since July 10 on this matter but no news after July 26 when I gave the bank information as requested by Mr Kajal Gaurav to process the refund.
Till today Aug 21, I have yet to receive the refund. I have emailed several times to Sheraton but no one is replying. I am still waiting to hear from anyone copied in the email correspondence to provide an explanation and if I will still be receiving $39.04.
Meanwhile, I’d still like to thank David, the housekeeping staff, who was extremely helpful during my stay.

The room we ended up with was a family room which was nothing like the pics and when I tried to talk to one of the staff about this he acted like he didn't understand what the issue was and asked if we wanted him to take some of the beds out of the room. Pretty disgusted. Also the bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement
