overall it’s a good stay with the family room and deluxe suite, rooms spacious and it’s clean and new. Like the layout of the family room. All good but maybe the breakfast choice could improve. but the staffs in restaurant especially the elder lady is very nice and always welcome us with smile. Oh ya, it comes with free laundry as well!

酒店衞生不錯。前台服務態度還有意識很不達標，我們第一天很晚才到酒店，前台開房的時候特意強調要房間安靜的想好好休息，結果晚上四點鐘了還有叮叮噹噹的聲音。一晚上沒睡好，太晚入住又是過年期間，所以不忍心打擾前台再調換房間。第二天續住後就一直跟前台打電話説要換下房間，太吵了，他們酒店果然是知道存在這種現象的，第一時間就説是樓下的桌球廳有人打球產生的噪音，然後前台以現在太忙要幫客人辦理入住為由説晚點會聯繫我們更換房間。但是一直等到晚上十一點也沒等來換房，而且前台電話在這個期間就一直沒打通。我聯繫了攜程平台客服，這裏要表揚平台的處理速度，他們也聯繫了前台，被告知沒有房間了。早幹什麼了，一直不處理換房拖到這麼晚了，沒房告訴我們要麼湊合住要麼自己加錢升級另外房型，好在平台的服務意識好，主動承擔的升級房型的費用。這樣的酒店服務意識真的不會在住第二次。明知道我要安靜房間，明知道給我們的房間吵，故意拖延不給換房，直到沒房，很噁心人的態度。差評差評差評！
