I visited Boracay again after 10 years, this time with my 9-year-old child. On the first night, it rained, and as we lay down to sleep, we heard the unsettling sound of a rat scurrying around on the ceiling until late into the night. It was my first time experiencing such a thing in a hotel room, and it was truly horrifying. Despite booking a three-night stay, not once was our room cleaned. Towels were only provided when specifically requested. Having stayed at various accommodations in Boracay before, I have never encountered such a terrible experience. I am baffled by the positive reviews—this place was a complete disappointment.

The hotel is at the perfect location. It's not far from the beach nor at it so it's very calm for your stay! The staff are very friendly and they greet everyone you come in or go out. They even helped us contact our airline when our flight got cancelled! Really enjoyed it!

The service is perfect and the location but the cleanliness of the hotel it self need more improvement and specially the toilet doors are squeaky when opening and closing it. But overall it was very nice.

I cannot find anything wrong with this place. The best part of it is the staff...very nice,friendly and welcoming staff.The best I have ever encountered so far.Always greeting you with a nice smile and very helpful too. The breakfast was super nice and freshly cooked for you and the restaurant itself serves really tasty and nice dishes. Housekeeping was really good and the entire place is super clean. I was greeted with a nice drink upon check in and was given 2 vouchers for 2 free drinks too to redeem at the hotel bar. Very good wi-fi Just a 2 mins walk to the beach. Just a 1 min walk to the main street where you can flag down one of the so many trikes. Just a 10 mins walk to the D*MALL Really super location and quiet too As I was checking out a 6:00 am they even offered to prepare me some breakfast to take with me If back in Boracay again in the future,I will definitely book here again.No doubts. Best recommended

Good location in a not so crowded area. Breakfast set meals from Salsa Fusion Restaurant tastes good and satisfying. 1 or 2 min walk to beachfront. Pool is not useable.

There are lots of ants living on the bed. I got bitten on my back a lot. But the staffs are really nice. And the location is great.

Номера маленькие, нет лаунж зоны , до пляжа не далеко , завтрак хороший. В целом не плохо , но думаю , что можно найти и лучше.

真的非常棒的一間旅館，很便宜。走不到幾步直接就到海灘，每天有早餐，住宿期間有一杯雞尾酒免費可以喝！ 出入可以借海灘浴巾，很方便～ 跟先生去的時候先生第二天就拉肚子，櫃檯很熱心的幫忙叫了三輪電動車載我們去他們推薦的診所。 總之這幾天住宿感覺非常良好！
