"Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!"

"The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself."

"My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area."

"Enjoyed my stay there. The hotel outlook has a traditional flare to it if you want something different.
Their food is nice but the menu lacks variety which is why I think it was a bit overpriced."

"Everything is fine. bus stop and many shops nearby. Purely. Friendly hostess. The room for three is a bit cramped. Well, the problem with all bed and breakfasts is the lack of soundproofing. In the presence of other noisy guests, you will wake up in the middle of the night. but you might be lucky with quiet neighbors. Breakfast is good + ability to cook"

Bathroom is great too.
Only negative is the pool area, too busy, the shower there is freezing cold and the pool water is also quite cold to be enjoyed. Both saunas were always full during my visits.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaRight off the bat, I was impressed by the friendly greeting I received from the hotel staff. They allowed me to store my suitcase as I was a bit early and they even upgraded my room! Everything was clean and the food I ordered from the bar was quite good. The location of the hotel is great for anyone looking to be in the center of the city as you can walk to most things. It was a two minute walk to the Europa Bus Centre which is very convenient for getting to/from either of the airports. Highly recommend this hotel!

AAnnisaI really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre during my business trip to Belfast. The food was excellent, the location was perfect, and the WiFi was great. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. When I needed to print my document at midnight, the staff even helped me without any hesitation. They also provided us with a detailed map of places to visit, which was incredibly useful for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

JJohnny & DeeOvernight stay at Hilton Lanyon as we were attending a comedy show in the Watetfront Hall. Delightful experience from check-in to departure. Delicious dinner in the restaurant from the pre theatre menu; cosy, comfortable, clean, spacious ensuite bedroom and superb breakfast - especially loved the vegetarian options. And most special mention for all the staff we met during our stay: highly professional, efficient and very friendly. We look forward to returning to stay in the near future.

The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is perfect for tourist visit to the city. The hotel was clean and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a safe in the room. Reception staff very helpful
Breakfast choice was good. Staff struggled to cope on our first morning (Thursday) when hotel was full and there was no butter; replaced with pats of low calorie spread the looked like it came straight out of Poundland. Content and service improved after that, the only criticism being the fried eggs’ yolks were always solid, not runny.
Generally good value for money.

SShrutiiiThe hotel was very close to the city centre. The room was smaller than expected however comfortable enough for two people, i like that the reception was available 24hrs and the pool table was fun, the people at the reception were also very welcoming and friendly

LLisaLA lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuApartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
