"Good location but room was a bit dated although clean. The balcony door’s rubber sealant was detached and we can hear wind sound in the room. Since we stayed in Dec 2023, the room was rather cold thankfully there’s heater. Would be better if room slippers were provided, the floor tiles in the room and bathroom were very cold."

"1、地理位置優越，就在加泰羅尼亞廣場，旁邊就是hard rock餐廳和英國宮百貨，離奢侈品大街和瑪黑區都很近，走路幾分鐘還有一個家樂福。出行，買東西很方便。
2、酒店房間有一張1.8的大床還有一個1.5的沙發床，房間有燒水壺、冰箱電吹風，基本上跟國內配置差不多。礦泉水有送，不夠還可以去前台拿。
3、歐洲電梯都比較小，3個人加一個28寸行李箱就塞滿了，但是好在這個酒店有3個電梯，高峯時間不至於等很久。
4、沒有在酒店吃早飯，因為周邊很方便，但是酒店餐廳評分貌似還不錯。另外2樓住店客人有點心和起泡酒可以隨時去喝。
5、缺點，一個是打掃衞生的時間不固定，我們住了4天，中間有一天沒有打掃，可能是因為我們中午回來休息，服務員看到就沒有打擾然後後面也忘記了。另外一個缺點也是最重要的問題，就是隔音真的很差，隔壁的、對面的、樓上的小孩哭鬧、進出關門聲音都一清二楚。歐洲這邊晚飯吃的晚，晚上10-1點陸續回來，早上5點開始就有動靜，實在是對睡眠輕的人不友好。"

"The hotel is very fancy, it is a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The one thing I have to complain is that their bath tub, I tried to use the bath tub but the hot water is very slow, and it took long time to reach my ankle, which is not enough to take a bath. I took a shower instead after wait an hour. Also the stopper for the bath tub is broken. The lobby is nice and you will receive 30 minutes of free spa and gym, but you have to make reservation with reception. The employees are very nice and friendly to assist you without your asking."

"We stayed here for the second time during one month because we liked our first stay. The room wasn’t clean, they just changed bed and towels, but there was dust, sand and hair everywhere. They put no slippers and bathrobe as at the first time. But breakfast was still perfect and hotel in general is really good to stay!"

"這家酒店給我辦理入住的客房和我在攜程上看到的房型設施完全不一樣，實際入住的房間很小，洗手間以及活動區域都很窄。放下一個行李箱就會影響走路，已經和客服反映過這個問題，但是酒店方並沒有及時回覆，退房三天也沒有得到任何回覆和解決方案。"

TTeeks Pros:
- The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful
- If you request something, such as an iron etc., it’s always on time and without delay
- Everything was clean. I cannot complain about the cleaning standards.
Cons
- the room is quite dark despite the lights available
- The view, especially the back view, was dreary and depressing, considering I had a long flight from Asia compared to my sister, who flew from Europe and didn’t need the rest as much as I did. Every day, I woke up to a very depressing view. It’s not ideal, and it's poor for someone who may enjoy visuals.
- The sockets were annoying; one didn’t work, and the kettle station needed to be handheld or changed elsewhere. Twice, I held the kettle button down manually to make coffee because I couldn’t be bothered for someone to come and check or replace it as I was in a rush
- The furniture and carpets are outdated in style and appearance. It makes the hotel look way older
- There’s a door holder behind the bathroom door, which lands in the middle, next to the toilet. I hurt myself a few times because I keep forgetting it’s there and, therefore, poorly designed
- Unfortunately, we forgot to bring our toothpaste and toothbrush, though I wasn’t expecting Best Western not to have them in your room. You have to request them every day. The housekeeper didn’t leave them or free water for us daily, only on the first day. So I’m not sure if she’s been forgetting to give us any, or it’s only complimentary water on day 1.
- The wardrobe is tiny and in such a hidden, awakened position. It was dark black and looked like glass. We had to call the staff to show us. It’s in a weird place
- Slippers: Again, much like the water, we were only given slippers on the first day. I understand the need to go green, but given that we stayed for four nights, it would be hygienic to give us a new set. On the last day, we had to wear our own shoes inside the room, which wasn’t great.
- We paid € 15 additional for breakfast daily €. It was basic but not bad. But the time until 10:30AM is good.
Overall, was it worth the money we paid for four nights? No.
The only highlights were ,mentioned among the professional staff members and cleanliness standards.

Roof-top pool was fantastic though we didn't swim.
Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Though we had breakfast for three days, we still didn't feel boring.
About parking, it was convenient. Parking was just in the basement.
About cleanliness, it was really disappointed. When first going into the room, every things were white in color and looked clean and comfy. But later we saw disgusting reddish brown dirt and stain on the white curtain and on the toilet door. We also encountered cleanliness problem during breakfast time. At least 3-4 plates in the pile of 'clean' plates had very obvious dirt on them. The hotel should pay special attention to these.

FfaryGreat experience in this hotel, located near major tourist spots in Barcelona, good access to public transport, lots of cafes and nearby restaurant s, and famous brands such as Zara,... 😂super friendly and hospitable staff, they have booked tickets for sightseeings and gave me thorough information about how to get to those places👍👍, the room was big, spacious and clean, with lots of large mirrors and a electronic safe in the closet, 👍👍breakfast was amazing, including a wide range of hot, cooked Spanish dishes, olives, fruits and yummy cheeses 😋😋😋
Only problem I faced was the ceiling started leaking, and the staff immediately offered me another room 👍👍

Rooftip hottubs were nice but we didn't find time to use it! Small gym but good enough for us. Excellent staff.

Not central but good connections to the center and airport. There’s a direct bus to/from the airport that stops right in front of the building and there’s a train station there as well
There’s also a mall opposite the building with restaurants and a big supermarket and there’s a free water dispenser in the lobby downstairs
The bathroom has a partly frosted glass door so you can hear pretty much everything going on in there from outside and there’s no table and chair in the room which was inconvenient
Overall very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again

DDan@1978Hôtel très bien situé . Isolation moyenne . Douche avec portes défectueuses , eau qui passe en dessous . Dans la salle de bain , pas de volet , trop d’éclairage qui rentre dans la chambre . Piscine moyenne , hauteur 80cm trop petite , par contre la vue est sublime à 360º. Lit très confortable , coussin également . Petit déjeuner excellent .

JJessicaMucho ruido debido a una reparación que se estaba haciendo en el edificio y el gordito de recepción fue muy grosero y no deberían trabajar con el público. La vez que estuve ahí mi habitación estaba al lado de la recepción y escuché todos los problemas que tuvo con los huespedes y varias discusiones y de hecho hasta un huespede salió del hotel y dijo hasta nunca porque no tenía agua caliente en su habitación y El gordito de recepción le respondió con grosería que no era su problema. Y a mi me trató muy mal y Por su culpa nunca volvería a quedarme ahí El no tiene modales
ENGLISH A lot of noise due to a repair that was taking place in the building and the chubby man at the reception was very rude and they should not work with the public. The time I was there my room was next to the reception and I heard all the problems he had and several discussions with the client and in fact even one person left the hotel and said goodbye because he didn't have hot water in his room and the chubby guy at reception answered rudely that it wasn't his problem. He treated me very badly and . Because of Him I would never return to stay there He has no manners

DDara TanLocker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.
