Hotel 5-Bintang di Kepulauan Balearic, Sepanyol

Très bien (personnel souriant, bonne qualité de la nourriture)excepté le restaurant portofino. Lors de notre 3 ème passage dans ce restaurant à la carte ,nous avons commandés en supplément des homards. Réservation à 9:15. Les homards sont arrivés à table 1 heure plus tard à 10:15 (service beaucoup trop long). A la fin des homards le serveur a demandé de régler l'addition en affirmant que les déserts suivraient. 5 minutes plus tard je demande à la cheffe de salle les desserts et elle me répond désolée : ” la cuisine a fermée à 10h”. Je lui fais remarquer que si la cuisine a fermé à 10h pourquoi les homards sont arrivés à 10:15 et surtout pourquoi personne ne nous averti de cette fermeture. Nous avons donc payé pour un repas SANS DESERST.

Alles war perfekt. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos. Das Frühstück war wirklich perfekt und bot eine Vielzahl von Optionen. Verschiedene Pools mit unterschiedlichen Ausblicken sowie der Sauna- und Spa-Bereich sorgen für ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

Could not fault this hotel. It is stunning and the room was gorgeous. The staff were as lovely as they could be and so attentive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it is walking distance between both Destino & Pacha. All round amazing will definitely be coming back :)

Great location. Love the convenience to the Ushuaia party in the afternoon and Club Hi just across the street. Rooms are a bit small but acceptable. The parties at the hotel are awesome!

Zona inmejorable muy tranquilo

這家酒店的米其林餐廳真的太漂亮了！環境超棒，菜餚也好好吃，精緻又美味！房間舒適景色很好。最驚喜的是，酒店為我準備了生日驚喜，CAVE、巧克力蛋糕和西班牙特色小食，太感動了！員工服務水準很高，尤其是早餐真是讓人愉悦😊

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, bieten jedoch allen Komfort. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gross, hat aber viel Potential zur Verschönerung. Im gesamten entspricht das Hotel einem 4*-Hotel. Perfekt zum Golfen, schnell in den Pool springen und wieder golfen gehen. Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr fair.

好喜歡房間直通一個小花園，天氣特別好，酒店公區也特別漂亮，好像大花園盡頭有個門可以直接到達海邊，有條路沿着海散步很悠閑

這家酒店要15:30入住，入住會進行一波推銷，要你升級房型，然後説現在升級衹需要99歐元，然後加上税，最後變成多加110歐元，我覺得推薦不是很舒服。而且看着前台態度特別好，但是有點假。房間還是可以的，是側面海景房。 然後就是電梯，雖然有三個，但是專門不能使用。 然後酒店在斜坡上，停車位置有限，很難停，而且一晚上停車費不便宜。 房間洗漱用品是陶瓷罐，放在特別小的平台上，但是洗澡的時候，你需要擠，導致沐浴露罐會倒到地上。 早晨是點單式，雖然味道不錯，但是有點油。吐司都是橄欖油煎過，所以特別油。 門口沙灘第一晚碰到晚上全被淹沒，第二天沙灘慘狀，但其實白天入住的時候還是很漂亮的。 但是酒店房間還是不錯，看出去還可以。
